How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, our delivery times are 4 to 10 business days worldwide.

What happens if no one is home?

Don’t worry! If your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be taken to your local post office, where you can collect it.

I made a mistake in my address, what should I do?

Don’t worry! If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure, and here’s why:
First, the site you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the small padlock icon on the left side of the URL reminds you of that). Most websites secure only their “checkout” pages, but on our site, all pages are secured, making them safe from hacking or malware.
Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the leading references for secure online transactions.

What payment methods are available?

You can currently pay by credit or debit card. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 90 days of receipt, and we will refund you in full once we receive it back.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
