How long does it take to receive my order?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or payments on receipt.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item in full as soon as it has arrived with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
